Privacy

Updated September 22, 2026.

Website analytics and advertising measurement are on by default. You can turn them off using “Cookie choices” at the bottom of any page. We remember your choice and honor Global Privacy Control.

Website measurement

While measurement is enabled, PostHog records visits, device and browser information, referring websites, campaign tags, book format selections, sample page turns, checkout activity, and confirmed purchases. It uses an anonymous identifier to connect visits. We do not record your screen or collect form text through analytics.

Meta Pixel and our server record page visits and confirmed purchases to help measure advertising. While measurement is enabled, purchase measurement includes the amount, book identifiers, browser identifiers, and a hashed email address for matching. Meta receives browser and network information, including your IP address, and may associate activity with your Meta account. Meta uses its own cookies for this purpose.

Turning measurement off stops future measurement and prevents these services from starting on later visits. Global Privacy Control also disables optional measurement, even if you previously turned it on.

Preferences and hosting

We save your measurement choice for up to 180 days. A separate cookie remembers which book format the website initially displays for up to 90 days. Our hosting infrastructure processes requests to serve and protect the website.

Buying a book

We collect your email, delivery address, phone number and book selection to process your order. Stripe processes payment details. Lulu receives the information and print files needed to print and ship your books. Resend sends order and shipping emails. We store order records for fulfillment, support and accounting. An essential cookie protects access to your order, and your browser saves your cart. PostHog does not receive your email. Neither measurement service receives your name, mailing address or card details. Meta receives the hashed email described above only while measurement is enabled.
